How We Deliver (And Why We’re Fast)

When you order from The Premium Way, we move quick. We don’t hold stock hostage or delay dispatch. Once your order is confirmed, we get it out the door as fast as possible — securely packed, labelled, and handed over to the courier.

Our delivery options are flexible, and we give you full visibility at checkout: live rates, real delivery estimates, and the same shipping cost we pay — no markup, no handling fees.

Delivery Options (Australia-Wide)

We offerstandard and express shipping across Australia. Estimated delivery times vary by location and courier, but most metro deliveries arrive within1–3 business days. Regional areas may take a little longer.

You’ll see estimated delivery dates and pricing at checkout. These are live rates based on:

  • Courier network availability

Same-Day Delivery
Available across Melbourne for eligible postcodes. Order by7PM and your gear will arrive that night (extra cost applies).

Express & Standard Delivery
Calculated at checkout — usually next-day or 1–2 business days in metro VIC.

Click & Collect
Pickup available 7 days a week from our store in Knoxfield. Orders ready within60 minutes.

Express Shipping – What You Need to Know

Express means faster, but not guaranteed next-day — and here's why:

  • We dispatch same-day for all Express orders placed by2PM on weekdays

  • Once it’s with the courier, it’s out of our hands — delays happen

  • If there’s a delay, we’ll follow up with the courier on your behalf

  • Express doesn’t always mean overnight, especially outside capital cities

What we promise: we’ll ship it fast. What we can’t promise: how the courier performs.

Australia Post Express Post Network

Australia Post offers aNext Business Day Guarantee within their Express Network — between most metro areas (excluding Darwin and parts of Perth). To qualify:

  • Orders must be shipped from an Express-capable location

  • Lodged by cut-off time (we meet this if you order by 2PM AEST)

  • Address must fall within the express delivery zones

If Australia Post fails to deliver on time,they may refund postage — but:

  • This refund must be lodged directly with Australia Post

  • We can’t initiate or guarantee that refund on your behalf

We ship worldwide. Delivery times depend on your country, customs processes, and local delivery networks. Once the item leaves Australia, delays are outside our control — but we’ll still help where we can.

All international orders are sent via trusted, trackable carriers. Shipping estimates will be shown at checkout.
