We had great experience at this shop. The quality of the charcoal we purchased is outstanding — it burns for a long time and provides good heat. We also got a new vase for our hookah, and the seller was very helpful, picked us a new replacement rubber seal for hookah shaft free of charge! On top of that, we received a complimentary sample of nicotine-free tobacco to try. Also they have a range of good Russian Darkside tobacco, nowhere else could find it in Vic, definitely come back to get some! We left the store completely satisfied. We will definitely recommend this shop to our friends and will be returning ourselves. Highly recommended! 🤙🏻

I recently purchased a "Regal Queen Hookah" from The Premium Way, and I am extremely happy with the purchase experience. This hookah was quite hard to find in Australia, but Ameet was able to source it for me and his customer service was exceptional and very responsive on WhatsApp – Ameet helped test and find the right grommets for me, took photos of the hookah on various bases in the shop to choose a base that complemented the hookah, and kept me informed throughout the packing and shipping process, and everything arrived to me the next day in Sydney all the way from Melbourne. Highly recommend for a true "Premium" experience!
