Running the kit

• Charge both batteries fully on USB-C before your first session.
• Seat the Pro on your hookah stem using the appropriate grommet.
• Pack a pod, slide it into the device, set your temperature and timer, fit the reusable mouthpiece on your hose, and run.
• Pre-pack a second pod, store it in the carry case, and swap mid-session for a flavour change.
• When the active battery runs low, swap modules — the second is already on charge.

Care & maintenance

• Let the device cool fully before handling or removing pods.
• Wipe the device, battery contacts and pod carry case with a dry, lint-free cloth; the included cleaning brush keeps pod and intake areas tidy.
• Hand-wash the mouthpiece and pod carry case with warm water and mild dish soap; dry fully before reuse. Avoid the dishwasher and abrasive cleaners.
• Store batteries at room temperature; never charge below −20 °C or above 65 °C.
• Wipe the base mat clean as needed; no chemical cleaners required.

What's the 320° base mat for?

It sits under your hookah base to protect the surface from water rings, heat and accidental knocks. The 230 mm diameter suits most standard and large hookah bases.
